WHAT APPARATUS CAN BE USED?

HOW MANY APPARATUS CAN BE INSTALLED AT ONCE?

Clients may use any available apparatus, but only one at a time. Use of two apparatus simultaneously is subject to approval.

HOW DO WE ENTER THE STUDIO?

We’ll send your access code before your booking time.

Please keep it private and don’t share it with others.

DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION OR CAN I JUST WALK IN?

We operate on a by-appointment basis only. For same-day reservations, please message us on Facebook or Instagram to check availability.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY RESERVATION?

Rescheduling is available through the booking portal up to 24 hours before your session. We observe a 24-hour cancellation policy—please email us if you need assistance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be forfeited.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept payment through GCash account number. For bank transfers, you may send it through our GCash number as well.

DO YOU OFFER CLASSES?

We are a private practice studio. If you wish to take a class, you may bring your teacher and pay his/her rate.

WHERE IS THE STUDIO LOCATED?

We are located at 2/F Pike Street Studios, 14 F. Pike St., Bagong Ilog, Pasig.
You may pin ARTE Studio Manila on Google Maps or Waze.

Studio Building
IS THERE PARKING NEARBY?

Parking is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis. Alternatively, you may park at the nearby Starmall Commons (Estancia area) — approximately a 10–15 minute walk to the studio. Street parking around the area may also be available depending on availability.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
  • All bookings are final and non-refundable
  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24-hour notice, subject to availability
  • Late arrivals will still be charged based on the reserved time slot
HOUSE RULES
  • Respect the space and all equipment
  • Clean as you go
  • Return the studio as you found it
  • No damaging to apparatus, mirrors, or flooring
  • Any damages will be charged accordingly
  • Be mindful of your time — sessions start and end as scheduled
  • Overtime will be charged accordingly if session exceeds booked slot
  • Maximum capacity and safety limits must be followed at all times
  • Use of apparatus is at your own risk
  • No showering in the bathroom
  • Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet
  • No hair dyeing or use of body paint that may stain the studio
  • Body glitter is allowed as long as it does not stain
  • No food allowed, except for light snacks
  • No outside shoes on the studio floor / performance area
DATA PRIVACY & ELECTRONIC CONSENT
  • Collection and Use of Personal Data — Artè Studio collects your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your Instagram handle solely for the purpose of processing and managing your studio booking, communicating important booking details and reminders, and contacting you in case of changes or cancellations. Your data will not be used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
  • Data Protection — Your personal information is handled in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Your data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above and as required by applicable law.
  • Consent — By submitting the booking form, you give your free, informed, and specific consent to Artè Studio to collect, use, and process your personal data as described. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at hello@artestudiomanila.com; however, withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to process your booking.
  • Electronic Signature and Agreement — By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you acknowledge that your electronic submission constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a handwritten signature under applicable Philippine law. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that you agree to abide by the studio's House Rules as published on this page.
  • Voluntary Participation — Providing your personal information and agreeing to these terms is voluntary; however, it is a required condition to complete your booking with Artè Studio.
